The elevators are inconsistent during busy times!!! Maintenance needs to address broken amenities throughout the hotel. Cleanliness standards need urgent improvement, especially in the bathrooms and room details!!!

Didn't like anything, except proximity to attractions.

The culinary scene nearby is lit! Rock & Brews Buena Park had some killer smoked fish tacos that'll have your taste buds dancing. Plus, the pool area is a total vibe for fam chill time. The staff was genuinely kind, making you feel like you were among friends.

But let’s keep it real—the property felt like it was wearing a band-aid, and rooms could use a serious clean. Mildew alert in the bathroom? Yep. Still, it wasn't all doom and gloom!

Close to Knotts Berry Farm was a win for us! But the room had a strange smell and the bathroom could use some serious cleaning. 😬

During my stay, the hot tub and a section of the pool were out of order, which was a letdown considering the warm weather. Cleanliness was questionable. the room didn’t see a proper cleaning during my five-day visit, and I discovered unkempt sheets. Parking is tight, especially during busy times, which made coming back to the hotel a hassle after a long day. Plus, the thermostat didn’t seem to work properly, leaving the room feeling stuffy at times.

The stay was mostly forgettable. We struggled with a few issues, like the air conditioning not working and the room not being clean upon arrival, which made our experience less than ideal. However, the young lady at check-in was kind and helpful. It's located conveniently near a bunch of attractions, which is a definite plus if you have plans to visit places like Knott's Berry Farm or Medieval Times.

The general areas of Buena Park Grand Hotel & Suites were beautifully decorated with lush tropical plants, creating a serene atmosphere. I appreciated the accessible ramps which made moving around the property easy for me and my family.

More comfortable seating in the common areas would help.

The place had super comfy beds and a great kitchen setup. We enjoyed the lovely pool area. Would definitely choose to stay again.

The location is on point for Medieval Times—just a hop, skip, and jump away! Plus, the rooms—even if they missed the clean mark—had comfy beds to crash on after a long day. Can't beat that micro/fridge combo they had going on, either!

But let’s be real, the building is older than some of my favorite vintage finds. The TV was a total bust, and they thought a space heater could fix the icy vibe instead of the AC. double charged for my one-night stay! A real head-scratcher there.

Convenient location and friendly staff

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the prime location, being just across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. The staff was genuinely friendly, especially the woman at check-in who made my arrival smooth. My room was quite spacious and clean, providing a comfortable base for our adventures. The only downside was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times, which could be improved for future guests.

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel & Suites with its beautiful pool area and convenient location next to so many attractions. The only downside was the noise from other guests late at night, which disrupted the peaceful ambiance.

Consider deep cleaning the carpets!!! !!! Fix the shower leaks and consider maintaining the dresser drawers better!!! Those small details can really ruin the experience for guests.
